Train your team,
or have one process documented.

Two clearly separate ways to work together: corporate training that teaches your people, and consulting that maps and documents one process for you. Scope, schedule and price are agreed in writing before anything starts.

Corporate training

Teach your team to run the work.

Sessions and workshops that build process ownership and practical workflow skills inside your own team. Training is proposed — dates, format and fees require approval before a session is scheduled.

01 / SESSION

Team clarity session

A 60–90 minute working session with your team. Bring one recurring process. Leave with a mapped workflow, a list of human checkpoints and one small test to run.

  • One process, mapped end to end
  • Human approval points identified
  • A short written takeaway

Not included: production integrations, tool access or ongoing support.

Consulting

Have one process documented for you.

A short, scoped engagement where we map the work, write the SOP and hand back a document your team can actually use. Separate from training — here the deliverable is the work itself.

03 / STUDY

Short workflow study

A two-week engagement. We map one process, write the SOP, design the approval routes and hand back a document your team can actually use. Similar to the sample studies.

  • Current-state map and proposed future state
  • SOP with ownership, exceptions and escalation
  • Handover document and a short test plan

Not included: implementation, production builds or a compliance audit.

Training and consulting are separate. Training teaches your people to run and improve the work. Consulting documents one process and hands it back. Not sure which fits? Start with a scoping call and decide together.
TYPICAL TEAM SIZE

2 – 20 people

Engagements are designed for teams of two to twenty who run the same kind of work every week. Larger teams or cross-department processes start with a scoping call.

Who this is for

Small teams with recurring work.

If your team runs the same kind of task every week and it lives in spreadsheets, messages or someone’s memory, this is the right shape.

How it runs

Four steps, in order.

No step is skipped. No step is started before the previous one is agreed.

STEP 01

Scoping call

A short call to understand the process, the team and the decision you are trying to make. No charge, no commitment.

STEP 02

Written scope

A one-page document with the deliverable, the schedule, the price and what is explicitly not included. You approve it in writing.

STEP 03

The work

The session, workshop or study runs as agreed. Your team participates; we document, question and write.

STEP 04

Handover

A written deliverable, a short walkthrough and one follow-up question window. After that, the work is yours.

Tell us what the team runs, how many people are involved and the outcome you want. Please do not include confidential information, passwords or client data.

One clearer process.
A better way to work.

Start with a scoping call. Decide together whether training, a workshop or a study is the right shape.
